Ah Kee Scene 1

Dear diary,
                    Father had just passed away this morning and my whole family is very upset about it. Especially mother,who is totally at a lost of how to continue maintaining this family without out sole breadwinner. I am also grieving about that fact that father had already left us. Luckily,Ah Hock,my eldest brother,had volunteered to help mother to maintain this family by sacrificing his education to go out to work so that the rest of us could continue to study. I am very glad to have such a good brother because he sacrificed his education halfway so that the rest of us could continue to study and so that we can get a better job in future. And fortunately,Mr.Chong who owns a provision shop also offered Ah Hock a job and that he could earn some money to support the family. I also told mother that we could ask the school for subsidy with the textbooks and school necessities fees.After getting to know that most of our problems have been solved,me and my siblings then went to school with a piece of blue cloth each to show that we are mourning for our father.
